Early Merch Shopping: Beat the crowds and shop early—grab your merch before heading into the venue! Our outdoor merch tent will be open by the main gates from 3-7:30pm. Snag your gear, stash it in your car, and enjoy the show hands-free!

GATE TIMES
Gates are usually 90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact times. Get here earlier so you can enjoy your night and not be stuck in traffic.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open at noon on show days. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want to upgrade your parking, we have Reserved Parking, Ultra Premier Parking & Premier Parking. Get parking upgrades HERE.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs. Please don't bring a lawn chair or stadium seat - we definitely do not allow those! Remember, no frozen or metal water bottles.

BAG POLICY
Only small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs no bigger than 6" x 9" OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12" x 12" x 6" will be allowed inside the venue.

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to a cash-to-card booth near the main gates or in the North or South Plaza and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free and with no fees).

THE MERCH
Find your favorite artist's merch at our merch booths in the north plaza, south plaza and a brand new stand just south of our main entrance once you enter the venue.
