Only small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9” OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12"x12"x6” will be allowed inside the venue.

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

• Audio recording equipment, noise-making devices
• Skateboards, rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles
• Signs or banners – nothing over 8.5x11 (standard sheet of paper)
• Umbrellas
• iPads, laptops, GoPros, selfie sticks
• Professional cameras, including professional camera equipment (e.g. camera stand, lenses)
• Strollers or carseats
• Unauthorized solicitation or marketing materials (e.g., handbills, flyers, stickers)
• All inflatable items
• Any item deemed to be dangerous by the Venue General Manager or Law Enforcement Officer

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). 
• Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
• Factory Sealed Water Bottle - up to one gallon per person or empty see-through plastic bottle to fill inside. Frozen water bottles are not allowed. NO metal, aluminum, glass or camelback containers (ex: NO Stanley or Hydroflask). *Please note, water refill stations are located next to the main gate restrooms & in both plaza.
• Personal fans & misters (has to be empty going into the venue).
• Non aerosol sunscreen

Yes! We allow factory sealed or empty see-through plastic water bottles, up to 1 gallon per person. Frozen water bottles are NOT allowed. 

Metal, aluminum & stainless steel reusable bottles are NOT allowed. Camelbaks are not permitted.

Water fountains & refill stations can be found in the South Plaza, North Plaza, and near the main gates. Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation’s efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. We do offer a limited number of reserved seating on the lawn for select shows. These "reserved lawn" tickets may be purchased in advance at www.livenation.com.

Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

Box/Season Pass Parking
Box parking is located at 5150 South Westridge Blvd, West Valley City, UT 84118. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access this lot. Accessible parking is available in this lot.

General Parking
For General Parking use 5150 S Upper Ridge Road for your GPS and follow sign and staff direction once onsite. Accessible parking is available in this lot.

Reserved Parking Lot
Reserved Parking is available for every event, which guarantees you out of the parking lot 30 minutes after the final note sounds. This can be purchased prior to the show by clicking the "upgrades" tab or on site at the venue, while supplies last. Reserved Parking is located at 5174 South Westridge Blvd, West Valley City, UT 84118.

Ultra Premier Parking Lot
The newest parking option for 2025! For the ultimate convenience, choose Ultra Premier Parking! Located on smooth pavement, you will enjoy quick access to the concert and an easy departure. Arrive in style and make the most of your night! This lot is located on the east side of the venue.

Premier Parking Lot
The Premier Parking Lot is now located on the east side of the venue. This lot offers great access just a short walk from the south entrance, ensuring a seamless concert experience.

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This is the size of a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests' view of the stage. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

We allow camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in without a media pass. No GoPros or recording devices of any kind are permitted.

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified directly via email. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

If you have a large party that will be attending the show, please contact our Premium Seating Department at (801) 355-5522. The Premium Seating Team sells all boxes at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.

First Aid is located in the south plaza near the Men's restrooms. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to the First Aid office and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase.  Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event.
